At Framebridgee, we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our website.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date your order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Time
- After processing, delivery within the United States takes 3-5 business days.
- Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. The total time from order placement to delivery is approximately 4-7 business days.
Shipping Costs
- We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to anywhere within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
- There are no hidden handling fees or surcharges.
Carriers
We work with a network of reputable carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery. Carriers used may include, but are not limited to:

The specific carrier for your order will be determined based on your shipping address, package weight, and delivery speed requirements. Carriers are assigned at our discretion to ensure the most efficient delivery possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee which carrier will be used for a specific order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package online. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking number for tracking information to appear on the carrier‘s system.
Delivery Issues
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. You should also check with neighbors, building management, or other secure locations where the package may have been left.
- If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at info@framebridgee.it.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
Holiday and Weather Delays
During peak holiday seasons or in the event of severe weather conditions, shipping times may be longer than estimated. We will make every effort to notify customers of any significant delays, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates during such circumstances.
