Return and Refund Policy

Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
  • Quality Issues: Returns due to manufacturing defects or quality issues (e.g., damaged upon arrival, defects in materials or workmanship) are accepted under the same 30-day window.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless they arrive defective or damaged)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Please contact us before returning any item to confirm eligibility.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@framebridgee.it.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. You will receive a return confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you upon approval of your return request.
  • You are not responsible for any return shipping fees or restocking fees.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., the same credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase).
  • Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank‘s or payment provider‘s processing times.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of the refund being processed, please:

  1. Check your bank account or PayPal account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or PayPal directly, as there is often a processing delay before a refund is officially posted.
  3. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@framebridgee.it.com with your order number.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to a defect, please contact us at info@framebridgee.it.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Cancellations
